Why fixed prices instead of hourly?

Fixed pricing means both sides know what they're getting before we start. You know what you pay; I know what I deliver. Hourly is more expensive for you (because I need to price in risk buffer) and creates the wrong incentive (the slower I work, the more I earn). Fixed is fairer for both.

What if my project is somewhere between Starter and Growth?

You get the Starter package + a module from Growth as an add-on. For example: Starter web + bilingual setup as an add-on (€400) or Starter web + blog CMS (€600). After a 15-minute call you get a precise quote.

Can I combine packages from different categories?

Yes. The most common combination is Web Growth + AI Automation Starter (e.g. a new site with lead routing automation under the hood) or Audit + implementation. We talk through combined packages on the 15-minute call.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later?

Yes. If you start with Starter web and 3 months later decide you want a blog + EN version, you pay the difference — not a new Growth package from scratch. Same applies to automation and maintenance.

What if the project runs longer than expected?

If I'm the one causing the delay — you don't pay extra. If it's due to scope changes or delays in your feedback, we talk about either extending or adding an hour budget. Either way — we talk before the invoice changes.
