What does the process look like if we choose you?

Five clear steps from first contact to delivery. First is the audit, a review of the current system to identify where AI or web have the highest ROI. Then comes the proposal with concrete scope, timeline, and transparent pricing, all written before anything starts. Third step is your approval, the client signs off scope and price before work begins, no surprise invoices later. Fourth is the build with regular updates, headless WordPress + Next.js stack, AI integrations where they make sense. The final step is delivery and support, final hand-off, documentation, and an optional retainer for maintenance.

How does the audit work?

The audit starts with a 60-90 minute discovery call. We review the current stack, measure TTFB and Lighthouse score, walk through key time-consuming processes, and identify quick wins. Afterwards you get a written report with 3-5 concrete opportunities, ROI estimates per initiative, and a recommended implementation order. Goal is that after the audit you have a clear picture of where AI and web optimization have the biggest business impact, regardless of whether you continue with Fraviz or someone else.

Should we automate everything or just part?

Not everything. Automation makes sense where the process is repetitive, well-defined, and where ROI covers the implementation. We first identify where AI has the highest ROI and start there, then automate the rest only after the foundation works. Over-automation is a common pitfall, building a system nobody understands that breaks at the first edge case. Better rule: one workflow live and measurable before the next one starts.

Website build time depends on project complexity and how quickly materials are delivered. Build only starts after all materials have been delivered.

What if our website already exists?

If a site already exists, the most common solution isn't a new site but a refactor of the existing one. Headless WordPress + Next.js front-end keeps the existing CMS and content but delivers speed and SEO performance the old theme can't. The approach is always the same: first an audit measuring the current state, then a decision to fix or rebuild. In most cases a refactor is cheaper than a new site and ships faster.

Do we need a technical team to work with Fraviz?

No, that's the core of what Fraviz does. We build for companies without a technical colleague or IT department, and communication is calibrated for that. The client gets a clear plan in language they understand, implementation walked through end to end, and documentation explaining what it does, how to change it, and what to check when something breaks. No "ask the developer" loop. The goal is for Fraviz to be there when there's genuine reason to bring in an outside partner, not for the client to depend on us forever.
