Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fraviz Studio collects, why, and how we protect it. The data controller is Fraviz Studio (Ivan Bobanović), Croatia. For any questions, email ivan.bobanovic@fraviz.com.

What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (if you provide it), selected service, your answers about business stage, current setup, goals and timeline, and the message text.
• Inquiry context: the page the inquiry was sent from and any campaign UTM parameters (how you found us).
• Analytics (with consent): anonymized site usage data via cookies (see below).

Why we process it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a project (legal basis: your consent and actions taken at your request).
• To improve the site and understand traffic (legal basis: your consent for analytics cookies).

Who we share data with

We use vetted processors strictly for the purposes stated below:

• Resend to send email notifications about your inquiry.
• Supabase to securely store inquiries.
• Vercel to host the site and store technical logs. Exceptionally, if both the database and email are unavailable at the moment of submission, the inquiry content is temporarily written to a technical log so your message is not lost.
• Cookiebot (Usercentrics) to manage cookie consent and record your choice.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, only if you give consent.

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed for communication and any resulting project. No later than 24 months after the last contact, we manually review and delete inactive inquiries. You can also request deletion of your data at any time at ivan.bobanovic@fraviz.com and we carry it out without undue delay.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request deletion,
• restrict or object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time.

Send your request to ivan.bobanovic@fraviz.com and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for the site to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) load only after your consent, through the Cookiebot banner shown on your first visit. Cookiebot automatically blocks all analytics cookies until you give consent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
