These terms govern the use of services provided by Fraviz, including AI automation, web development, and consulting.

1. Services

Fraviz provides process analysis, AI solution implementation, and website development services. Each project is defined by a separate proposal detailing the scope of work and price.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is individual. Payment is made as agreed — typically 50% upfront and the remainder after delivery, or by project phases.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client acquires the right to use the delivered solution. Fraviz retains copyrights to generic codebases and methodologies used in the creation.

4. Liability

Fraviz commits to professional service delivery. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data provided by the client or changes in 3rd party API services.
